Robust Programme and Project Management is an essential component in successfully delivering outcomes. Integrating effective programme and project management will benefit organisations, this is done by considering the methodologies, tools and techniques which address and assess their competence and the maturity of management throughout their operations.
Participation in this programme will develop one’s skills in and ability to strategize effectively and enrich knowledge of practical tools and methods of management and development of public and private sector programmes and projects.
In order to best meet the requirements of the organisation, tools and techniques operated are designed to be highly flexible, from complex national competency-building programmes to simple performance improvement projects. An initial objective of the programme is to ensure that programmes and projects comply with the accomplishment of each participant’s organisation or national government’s strategic targets.
