How can you be located if we arrive  on our own without being picked up at the airport?

What IT training equipment are used in class room based learning?

We use up to date dedicated multimedia training rooms that have workstations with flat screen monitors and run a wide variety of software applications.

What Management and Leadership training equipment are used for learning?

Our Management, Leadership and Personal Development training facilities include a full suite of the latest training aids that make your learning fun (such as Lego and rubber chickens!) plus up to date equipment such as interactive Smart Boards.

Do you provide lunch?

Yes, as part of your time with us you can enjoy delicious hot and cold food meals and refreshments daily. We offer three course meals or buffet or particular cultural dish required. These are pre booked

What if I have special dietary requirements?

If you do have special dietary needs please let us know when you book we will be glad to cater for you.

Free transport shuttle service?

We provide free pick up and drop off service to and from the airports to our participants when they arrive from their individual countries. We also provide means of getting to the venues of programmes on the first day of each programme. The airport pickup is subject to flight information being received a week before the programme starts.

Preferred partner venues?

Courses run by our partner training providers are held at major venues throughout the UK. You will be given full details about the location when you make your booking.

Can I speak to someone about your training services?

Yes, our learning and development consultants are always happy to discuss your particular training needs. They will guide you through all your training options to ensure you receive the training service that’s right for you and your business.

Are there parking facilities at your venues?

Yes, there is  FREE parking facility for our delegates at our training centre in Kent.

Are there parking facilities at partner training venues?

You will receive specific details about parking at our training partner venues with your joining instructions at the time of booking with your joining instructions.

Is there a dress code at training programmes?

Most of our delegates wear smart casual clothing, but there is no specific dress code. It is more important to us that you feel relaxed and ready to learn, so wear clothes that are comfortable for you.

When does my course start and end?

Our training courses normally start at 9.30am and end at 4.30pm

Ideally, you should arrive at our training venue by 9.15am. That gives you time to register and meet with your trainer and the other delegates.

Please check your joining instructions for your specific course time table. We will email them to you once you have made your course booking.

How many people will there be on my course?

This is dependent on the particular programme. Our Management, Leadership and Personal Development training courses are usually limited to 16 delegates. Our IT related courses are usually limited to a maximum of 14 delegates.

What reference material do I get?

As part of your training you will be provided with a participant manual for you to use during your training. You can then take it away with you to use as a practical reference tool back at the office. Depending on the number delegates you will also be provided with a net book, digital tablet or a high capacity digital storage hardware.

Suppose I attended one of your IT based programme or any other programme  and I have question about a task I am trying to do. Can you help?

Yes we will be willing to assist as we encourage a continual communication with our participants to ensure they achieve the development objectives of coming for any of our programmes. So we offer automatic three months post-course support – free of charge. So, if you get stuck doing a task that relates to what you learned with us please contact us to link you up with your trainer who will be happy to help you with any query you may have.
