The purpose of Parliament or the National Assembly is to legislate whilst the justice system interprets and enforces legislations made. Judiciary bodies need to be properly equipped, supported (both in Parliament and in the courtroom) and competent to produce and enforce laws, with fairness and efficiency. Therefore accountability, efficacy and efficiency are essential aspects when attempting to evoke the confidence of citizens their legislators.

An independent and impartial judicial system is able to support the enforcement of legislations and the rule law provided that clear rules are invoked. This in turn allows for the elevation of the economic and social development of a country. It also reinforces the legitimacy of a modern nation state. Present Justice systems are subject to changes that some may perceive as unprecedented, this increases the necessity of the introduction of legal and judicial reforms.

These seminar-style programmes are practical and encourage participation through discussions and debates. The reform of parliamentary processes and of justice is the primary point of call for learning solutions that aim to support any required changes in your systems of justice or parliament.
